Our Mission
Sovereign communications for people and AI agents, under the law of the nation that runs them.
Sover is user-hosted, on your own servers, your Kubernetes cluster or your virtual machines, for organizations that need full control over where their communications are processed and stored. It is not a public multi-tenant cloud service.
Sover neither owns nor accesses customer messages. Sover supplies the platform and the controls; the customer decides how they are used.

Tell us about your organization and what you need, and we will get back to you.
What is Sover?
Sover is a user-hosted platform for messaging, voice and video calls, and workplace collaboration. Organizations can deploy it on their own servers with the Sover Private Cloud, which is included, on a Kubernetes cluster they already operate, or on their existing virtual machines, with control over the infrastructure used to process and store their communications.
Who is Sover designed for?
Sover is designed for governments, regulated organizations, and enterprises that need control over their communications infrastructure and data. It brings team conversations, calls, and collaboration into an environment the organization hosts.
What does sovereign communications mean in Sover?
It means your organization can host and operate its communications environment under its own policies. Hosting location, access controls, deployment configuration, and connected services must be selected together to meet your data-control requirements.
Does Sover have access to our messages?
No. Sover neither owns nor accesses customer messages. Sover supplies the platform and the controls; the customer decides how they are used.
How are Sover and IREX related?
Sover and IREX are related parties. They share one team, and Sover is majority-owned by IREX co-founder Nik Ptitsyn. Sover distributes the platform globally; IREX distributes Sover only together with the IREX Ethical AI Platform and/or to existing IREX clients.
Is Sover a public cloud subscription service?
Sover’s deployment model is user-hosted: on your own servers with the Sover Private Cloud, on your Kubernetes cluster, or on your virtual machines. A national operator can run shared instances for citizens or small businesses as part of its own service; that is different from Sover being a public multi-tenant cloud service.
Can we license the source code and use our own brand?
Yes. Source-code licensing is available, and Sover is rebrandable, so an organization can discuss a deployment under its own identity. The license scope, permitted changes, maintenance responsibilities, branding scope, application distribution, and delivery terms are agreed for your deployment.
